My wife and I moved into the village on July, 2004. We were looking for a community near our son and his family.
The manager at ArdmorVillage had just the home for us. They reskirted the house and had professional cleaners make it look like new complete with a 10’ by 20’ porch.
At 5 o’clock this morning I took a walk, I covered the entire Village from top to bottom. And I discovered what a beautiful Village I live in. All the lawns, public and private were mowed; all cars were off the street. The homes were all well maintained with a personal touch everywhere I looked.
To be able to walk that distance without fear from trespassers, dogs, etc. is not found just anywhere in America today. Not unless you visit Ardmor Village and see the pride we all take in a Village well managed and well kept by the dedicated help and administrators that provide activities for the residents in a caring atmosphere and through a stricter than average admission standard that guarantees that a person like me can walk the streets any time of day or night without concern for my safety.
God must have had a hand in helping my wife and me to find and settle in to such a wonderful place. When you think of the thousands of families losing their expensive home, it‘s too bad they don’t really know what there is available.
