operations of Uniprop, including new acquisitions,
strategic planning, and financing.

As President, Mr. Zlotoff is
responsible for all aspects of property management, as well as corporate oversight, asset management and strategic planning.
Joel Schwartz Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Schwartz is responsible for
all financial management at Uniprop including financial reporting, treasury functions, establishing
sound internal controls along with managing all debt and banking relationships.
Susann Szepytowski Controller
As Controller, Ms. Szepytowski is responsible for all accounting functions
at Uniprop including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial statement preparation and computer systems.
